Daniel G. Plummer has been bringing years of proven experience in New York State government affairs and lobbying before the New York State Legislature. Prior to founding Plummer & Wigger, he built a distinguished career managing his own lobbying firm and serving as a partner at prestigious firms including Featherstonhaugh, Wiley & Clyne, and Hennessy, Plummer & Griffin. Earlier in his career, he worked at the Business Council of New York State, where he developed comprehensive legislative and regulatory programs supporting economic development, energy, construction, manufacturing, and transportation sectors.
A Siena College graduate with a degree in History, Dan also demonstrated leadership in local government, serving as Deputy Supervisor and Town Board Member for Bethlehem, NY. Now based in Feura Bush, NY, Dan continues to deliver unmatched NYS government Advocacy and Strategic Public Policy Solutions through Plummer, Wigger & Hohman, LLC.
Scott Wigger

Katie Hohman

Katie Hohman brings over a decade of experience in government affairs and strategic advocacy. Before joining Plummer, Wigger & Hohman, LLC, she was Managing Partner at Sheridan, Hohman and Associates.
Katie also served as Legislative Director at the New York State Association of Counties (NYSAC).
Her career began at Capitol Group, LLC in Albany, gaining valuable legislative experience. Katie’s expertise spans state and local government issues, including economic development, public safety, and energy. At NYSAC, she became a key liaison to county government leaders, known for her legislative insight.
A Division one athlete, Katie earned dual Master’s degrees in History and Political Science. She applies her strategic insight and dedication to each client at Plummer, Wigger & Hohman, LLC.
Marge Marto
Marge Marto brings over 25 years of experience in governmental relations and legislative compliance. As Office Manager at Plummer, Wigger & Hohman, LLC, she ensures clients stay informed on legislative developments and comply with New York State lobbying regulations. Marge oversees compliance protocols and guides clients through the preparation of New York lobbying filings.
Before joining Plummer & Wigger, Marge spent seven years as Administrator of Religious Education at Albany’s largest parish. She coordinated educator certification, curriculum planning, and managed student registration for over 1,100 students. Marge attended the College of St. Rose and resides in Colonie, NY.
